Defining A New Document In Photoshop![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
You can create a new document by choosing New from the File menu.
In the dialog box, you can set the height and width of an image. You also can set the resolution and mode of the new document. Photoshop can create an image that contains 900 million pixels at 72 pixels per inch resolution, which means an image that is 30,000 by 30,000 pixels or 416 x 416 inches. Thus you can create an image of any size. If for creating a new image you change the values in the dialog box then this setting will be there, when you open new document again.
