Playback Option     
You have the facility to Playback your actions. Suppose you want to see the action playing one step after another or between each step you want a gap of 3 seconds then this option will help you. For specifying the way of playback you have to choose Playback Option from the palette menu.
If you choose Accelerated then the playback will be shown without displaying the steps. If you choose Step by Step then the progress of the action will be shown as it is played. If you check the check box Pause for # seconds and enter a value for the number of seconds then there will be a pause after each step for that many seconds. This helps you understanding the existing actions much more easily.
